Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Our cancellation policy is as follows
- 20% cancellation charges if cancellation is made prior to 30 days of arrival date.
- 30% cancellation charges on all cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 07 days before arrival date.
- 50% cancellation charge on cancellation made within 07 days of arrival date but more than 48 hours before check-in time (on date of arrival)
- 100% cancellation charges on all cancellations made less than 48 hours of check-in time.
- If booking made for Diwali / Christmas/any Black out date, it is 100% non-refundable and non-cancellable basis.
